before i begin, please, forgive me i am terribly inept with computers. i am only guessing that i am doing this posting right because i do not know what a thread is.
i recently formatted my hard drive to rid it of viruses, trojens etc. i stumbled thru that and reinstalled windows 98se and my internet connection. i some trouble getting the appropriate driver for my monitor but it seems ok for now. my problem is that when i go on the internet the screen is fuzzy and the small print is difficult if not impossible to read. the photos are really grainy. the display in control panel shows only a 16 and another small number in the colours and the pixels are 640 X 480 and i can't change it.
any suggestions as to what the problem is or what would fix it?

you probably need drivers for your graphics card or chipset.
