plz help

my javascript links don't work ...

my security setting allowed them but it just don't work on my whole computer .. not just on the internet links ..
i tried to do a windows update but when i open the page it just don't work a white page appears to me ..

so plzzzzz i tried many times someone could help me plz ?????

Go to Control Panel, then Internet Options. Go to the Security tab. Highlight the 'Internet' zone and click the Advanced button. Make sure that 'Scripting of Java Applets' is enabled.
