Hey I recently bought a Logitech web cam and I tried setting it up but while going through the setup it stopped and said it didn't recognize anything being plugged into the USB Ports. I read on other help sites to try and find something about the USB Ports in you BIOS but I couldn't find anything. ( I looked under other devices too. ) I also tried changing my computer from safe mode to normal mode there was no change there either.... I would really appreciate come help thanx!

Please check that your USB drivers aren't having problems in Windows by following these instructions.

Right-click the My Computer icon on the desktop.
Select Properties from the menu.
Click the Device Manager tab.

Are there any entries listed with a warning symbol (exclamation mark) next to them? If so, what are they?

Once you've checked that, could you please run the D-A-L.com Online Hardware Scan (there is a link to this at the bottom of my signature)? Create a log file and then copy and paste the contents of it into your reply here.
