Having problems. Delayed movement from mouse and also computer takes a long time to shut down, if at all. Often get blank blue screen. Want to correct in case of virus (can't trace any) as I wish to transfer files with a view to removing software (part of a dual boot with Windows ME - also wish to remove) to load full version of XP Pro.

Can anyone poss advise me on the full process?
