I posted a Hi/Jack log and one of the answers was to update Explorer plus security. I tried but keep getting (Windows Update has encountered an error. Please try the following:

Install the latest version of the Microsoft XML Parser from the Microsoft Download Center:

In the Worldwide Downloads list, select the appropriate language for your computer and then click Go.
In the Keywords box, type Microsoft XML Parser (MSXML) 3.0 Service Pack and then click Go.
In the list of available downloads, click Microsoft XML Parser (MSXML) 3.0 Service Pack 4 (SP4).
Follow the instructions on your screen.
After the installation, try the Windows Update site again. )

I have done all of this but nothing helps.

Fixed my self, downloaded Explorer 6 and that replaced anything that was missing. Thanks. One other problem now when I boot up or right click on something the internet connection box comes up driving me insane.
