First let me thank you for helping me with my monitor problem. It was greatly appreciated. Now I need to know if there is any way I can obtain a record of when I was connected to the internet (time/dates) for the past month. I am being charge for a lot ($600) worth of long distance calls I never made, most of which were made during the times I was on the internet. Needless to say most were to obscene numbers with the exception of two. I have dialup & only one line coming into house so if I can get a record of internet usage I can prove these calls could not have be made from my number. Phone company is being very nasty about this. Any help would be appreciated. Surely there is a way to check internet usage.

Sounds like you may have been dumped, which means a porn dialler has got into your computer and redirected it. You may need to download and run Hijack This to see what is happening. If that is what has happened the phone company may accept that it was not your doing.
