when i download hte cwshredder zip it keeps having me save it and open it and save it and open it. i download the file zip and then i cant open it. i downloaded cwshredder before from someone who had maybe a direct link to it. i am trying to downlaod updates and it gives me another zip file. what am i doing wrong?? thanks ahead of time.

Do you have a program that's capable of opening ZIP files, e.g. Winzip? If not, get an evaluation copy from http:/www.winzip.com.
