I had the misfortune of installing AOL in 1994 and vowed that I would NEVER do it again !! I've dealt with loads of problems on D-A-L.com recently that have been related to AOL. Lots of systems are being wrecked by downloading AOL 9.0. As if the previous versions weren't bad enough, it seems version 9.0 is much worse unless your PC is very new and that it often tries to install itself in the background whenever you're online without asking you. Very disappointing that such a big company can manage its core product so badly
