    Windows 2000 voice modem support

We have an IC+ 56k External Data Fax Voice Modem installed under Windows 2000 Professional. The modem installs correctly, but the Unimodem Wave device does not, so we are unable to transfer voice over the line. We face this problem with all voice modems when installed on Windows 2000. With Win98 it works fine. There are two inf files provided: icp.inf and icpwave.inf. I tried downloading updated versions from some site, but still no luck. Can someone tell me how to enable voice support in Win 2k? The VoiceProfile setting mentioned in MSDN is there in the inf file, so that is not the problem..Any other suggestions? Thanks.
