I'm not having any luck with opening our local library web-site page. Contacted webmaster who instructed me to lower security settings to accept cookies. Nada. Even attemped to set settings to allow site in controlled web-site area in Internet Options (Tools). All I want to do is open library site so I can have access to their resources. If anyone can suggest a solution, it would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance.
