...ie Is the latest one bloatware? Will it slow me down?

Also anyone recommend a fast version of the Nvidia reference drivers?

Celeron 400 ish Clocked to 500 ish
GF2 32Mb graphics card
W2K OS

I Don't play games btw (look at specs to see why not)
