Do you mean that My Documents was moved from C: to F: ?
Have you tried to restore My Documents back to its' original location?
You can right click My Documents & choose Properties; then choose its' Default location; or change F: to C: & choose Move.

i could do that but now, my back up files is not working on automatic.
it says choose the folder you want it put in. but its faded out. i cannot enter the file. so my auto updates are no longer. so when it comes on, it shuts down without backing up the files.

If the problem has only started happening since someone moved your My Documents folder, then it sounds like the backup program is trying to either back up your My Documents directory and it can't find it ... or it's trying to put a new backup file in the My Documents folder and it can't see where it's gone. I think that was Jephree's point - if you can put your My Documents folder back in the original location, the backup utility might start working again.
