Why is it I have "191.46Mb" of "Total Physical Memory", and only "39.53Mb" of "Available Physical Memory"? is it because, the more data I have on my Hard Disk the more "Total memory" is used, therefor leaving less "Available memory", meaning I have used memory of 151.94Mb?

This is not problem related, it's just that I am desperate to learn about computers and how they work. My problem is, I find it hard to maintain the information. I like to know what I am doing, and I like to help others when ever I can.
