Anyone know what this exe is? I can't get any virus or spyware checker to id it.

It lives @ c:/winnt/system32. Consumes 100% CPU resources and slowly increases RAM usage until Windows 2000 becomes unable to function. Tried deleting the file but it returns on next boot. Can't find any registry or other reference to it.

Any ifo appreciated.

There are a couple of programs that have that, Wallpaper changer and Web picture creator. Don't know if you have either installed.
