I cannot set the regional selection on my DVD player,which is a Cyberlink Power DVD .I get an error code 89030000.I recently purchased and installed a dvd burner which will not play a DVD disk because I cannot set regional settings on it also.As soon as I click on Regional settings an error comes up and the window closes.With the Cyberlink Power DVD I am supposed to get a dialog box [which gives an option of regions] popping up when I put a DVD movie in the dvd player.I don't get it.I am at a loss to figure this out I hope you can help.
