How come when I go to my video card settings and apply them and hit ok and save them and all they dont get saved? I basically changed some color and brightness issues for my desktop and then when I restart my computer they are the old setttings. But, right when I go back to my video options to change them again they become the new settings all of a sudden. Whats going on?

Yea, they are. I have a Geforce FX 5200 PCI 128 MB DDR.
