Thank you in advance for your help. My monitor will not allow me to change from 640X480 at 16 colors.

I have repeatedly tried to change just the color, or just the resolution without any change. I reloaded the video driver as well with no luck.

any suggestions. Have not changed monitor or video cards

Did you recently change or upgrade anything in the computer? Is the video driver the latest one?
