This message keeps coming up when using Microsoft Word 2000. The OS is Windows 2000 Professional, so you wouldn't think there'd be a problem there. Now I've uninstalled and reinstalled it several times only to have the same problem occur. You can just open up word and leave it a minute and the error message comes up and shuts Word down. Any ideas?

Is there a 'Details' or 'Additional information' button on the message box that expands it to reveal a more descriptive error message? We really need a full error message such as "Winword.exe caused an invalid page fault in module Kernel32.dll".

sorry it's taken awhile to get back to you but I've solved the problem. The person using the laptop was switching between Word 2000 and Word 2003 which was on their computer at home. Upgraded laptop to Word 2003 and the error message stops popping up.
