hi, one of my friends has blue yonder and she is having problems, when she tries to connect, this screen comes up, but it used to just connect straigt away can you please help? here is the screen:

Go into Dial-Up Networking (DUN) (which I think is on the Start Menu under Programs > Accessories). See if there's a DUN connection for Blueyonder. If there is, double-click it. It should prompt for username and password and there will be a tick-box labelled 'Connect Automatically'. Make sure this is ticked. Should work OK after that.
