Does everything look okay for this?

I'm planing on purchasing it tomorrow, just want to double check it seems okay value/performance wise and configuration.

I don't see an OS listed. Note that only retail versions are transferable from older computers - an OEM license that came with or was bought for another computer is not legally transferable to a new computer. And with 8Gb, it must be a 64-bit OS.

Check the ASUS website for that board to make sure your CPU and RAM are listed on CPU and RAM support lists (QVLs - qualified vendors lists). You must by a CPU from the list. There are too many RAM makers and models to test and list them all, so you must buy RAM with the same specs as listed RAM.

Finally, visit the Gigabyte site for that card (and while at the ASUS motherboard site) I recommend you download the manuals and become familiar with the installation procedure while waiting for delivery. You can do the same for the case.
