I was formating my windows xp system and power went off. After that when i started my system again i am geting bios problem i.e. when i start my system i get a one beep sound at the start up and reflect bios for 2-3 second and then shows blue screen.

Well, one beep is usually a good sign. But I don't know what you mean by "refelct bios". And what does the blue screen say? That is an error screen and the message could be an important clue.
