Will this graphic card work on my computer?

hi, im thinking of upgraing to a HD graphic card, however im not sure sure which one will be best suited to my comp specs, i.e, processing speed, space on motherboard etc.
Im not sure about the power supply output, or cooling system, I know there is a fan on the motherboard, and the case has a 12cm fan that blows onto the motherboard (with nice blue lights!). The card im looking to buy is:

All your motherboard needs is a slot to put the board in, and it has that. As for the PSU, see my Power Supply Calculator sticky.

Thanks for you quick responce. Is it easy to take out my old card and put in the new one? How do i know it will fit? Also will my tv pic look a lot better?

Physically removing the old and installing the new is easy - if you take care not damage the card through handling, or static. The tricky part is the drivers for the new card - the manual for the new card should explain how to install the card as a replacement/upgrade for another card.
How do i know it will fit?
Because your board supports PCIe and that is a PCIe card.
Also will my tv pic look a lot better?
I know nothing about your TV so I don't know. But it is likely with HD content, you will get a better image.

Thanks again. I'll order it and try it after i check that PSU issue. my old graphics card dosnt seem to allow me to play blu-ray or HD dvds with my sony BD-rom. Hopefully this card should fix that. One more question, is my processor fit to handle the new card specs?

Your processor does not care. It does not "handle" the graphics, it only hands off graphics tasks, which is an easy task for any CPU.

Is it possible for the graphic card to send audio to the plasma tv which is linked via a HDMI cable? At the minute im using soundblaster audio card, but no sound comes from the TV speakers, just the computer speakers?

That depends on the graphics cards. Graphics cards do NOT process audio, but some allow you to route audio through HDMI connectors. However, many don't and just send video through HDMI and audio through normal audio (sound card) connections. This information will be in the graphics card manual.

Before you order? Don't know what you mean by that. Isn't it working now?
