My advice is: as cheap as hardware is now buy something that has a stock speed of what you want.
Make sure to post your hardware specs and everthing you have tried if you need help
This forum is also for discussion of tweaking and overclocking. Please remember OverClocking can be very damgefull if you don't know what you are doing. Simple rule of thumb, if you don't then don't do it. We are here to help, of course.
