You can certainly upgrade your RAM:

These popular RAM makers have auto-scanning and/or manual entry RAM wizards to help you determine compatible RAM. For manual entry, enter/select the PC or motherboard make and model number and the wizard will list compatible RAM.
    Crucial - Memory Advisor
Corsair - Memory Configurator (manual data entry only)
GeIL - Memory Configurator (manual data entry only)
Kingston - Memory Search (manual data entry only)
    Mushkin - Advisor
OCZ - Memory Configurator (manual data entry only)
Patriot - Memory Search (manual data entry only)
PNY - Memory Configurator (manual data entry only)
SuperTalent - Memory Finder (manual data entry only)
The following retailers have auto-scanners and manual wizards. They sell brand name and/or "house" brand (re-branded) RAM.
Newegg - Memory Configurator System Tool
    MemoryStock - Upgrade Configurator
    18004Memory - Configurator
And most likely your graphics card.

    What is your budget?

I'm looking to maximize my ram, to make things smoother so no budget.

One more thing, i have no idea the make of my motherboard or wich ram and how much of it i need, i'm pretty computer stupid.

Use one of the scans above for your RAM possibilities.

    Here is your board:

ASUS P4B266-C (Motherboards: Intel Pentium4) by ASUS -- FiringSquad Hardware Info & Web Reviews

It has an AGP 4x slot. Here are some possibilities:

    Newegg.com - Computer Hardware,Video Cards & Video Devices,Desktop Graphics / Video Cards,AGP 4X/8X,

You must know the Wattage of your PSU. Unfortunately the only way to see this is open the case and look at it. There will be a label on the side of it.

    --------
If really no budget a new computer would be best.

I just told you in my last post.

Or at least I gave you the possibilities?

    Run the RAM scans.

    Look at the Newegg link.

You are going to need to know your PSU wattage as noted above.

You tried to access the address Memory upgrades from Crucial.com - Chip density, compatibility, and pricing, which is currently unavailable. Please make sure that the Web address (URL) is correctly spelled and punctuated, then try reloading the page.
Make sure your Internet connection is active and check whether other applications that rely on the same connection are working.

when i tried to get the results =[

If this is the same computer you are having issues with in HijackThis you're best to straighten that out first.
