I've been looking for a new mouse to replace my Logitech RX300 which isn't brilliant, but needed a bit of advice.
I've been looking at the LX6 and LX7,, also possibly the LX5/RX700
I was looking around, and was wondering if the MX1000 is still good, cos I know its kinda old now..
I'm after a logitech ideally, cos my keyboard and speakers are also logitech, and I'd like it matching, cos then they use the same software - and also look nice
Any advice is appreciated, especially about the MX1000

I have read good reviews about the LX7 Cordless Optical Mouse but it sounds as if your main concern is matching in looks & name. If that is the case, go with what ever blends in with your other equipment.

well, looks and matching isnt no.1, but it would be nice if possible..
I was looking at the LX7 for some time, but it doesn't seem as easy to get hold of as the LX6, and apparently the LX6 is just the LX7 without the extra buttons???
