    i want to overclock but how and how fast

    ok i got a dual-core processor e2180, lga775 2 ghz, 1mb l2 cache, 800 mhz fbs
    got it over clocked at 2.20 is that to much and a
    p5gc-mx/1333 motherboard
    and a
    2 gb of dd2 ram
