Yeah this hp only has a 300 watt base power supply, was thinking of adding one of these into my empty 2nd dvd drive bay tho for a bit of a boost power wise and dedicate it solely for that graphics card, but I wonder if the 325watts would be enough for that card to run ok off of?

    I'd suggest the following:

With your extra graphics card and PSU you'll be on your way towards a second system.

Anyway for twice the price I'd put it all into one nice PSU.

That OCZ is a good deal. It has been making the circuits lately as a "hot item" figuratively speaking .

It might work. How well is the question.

Most times when you mix hardware everything in the mix reverts to the lowest common denominator so to speak.

If this holds your PCI_E card will revert to PCI speeds.

You'd be better with the quad card and a new PSU but the price is what it is.

Hmmm, according to the EVGA site for that card, "most" EVGA cards are Vista certified. But if you click on the "More Vista Info, that EVGA card is not listed. That does not mean it will not work, it just means you may not be able to take advantage of Vista's advanced graphics (AERO), and will have to settle for XP style. You might send EVGA a note and ask.
