All cards with DVI ports have VGA adapters.
Your board and all the cards we've looked at are PCI_E x 16 connections inside.
i dont get what you mean, in the video card image i dont see vga port on http://www.xpcgear.com/100207l.html. so do i have to buy connector for dviAll cards with DVI ports have VGA adapters.
i try to put VGA connector in the DVI ports but it dont work.
is there way to resize the image?

You can resize the image in a photo editor but not here.
You can edit it out of your reply if you like.
Anyway:
The connection to the motherboard is PCI_E x 16.
You do not need anything else.
Most cards with DVI come with VGA adapters.
They look like this:
The card you linked to states: Dual DVI, Dual VGA -which indicates that it comes with these adapters.
does the one i buy have VGA adapters?
i mean do i have to buy those thing, http://www.xpcgear.com/idecable18.html or they already came with the board i buy.
That link you just posted is for IDE hard drive / CD drive cables.
Your motherboard comes with all the cables you need. Your hard drive is SATA but that cable comes with the motherboard.
As far as I can tell the graphics card you posted comes with the DVI / VGA adapters.
Here is the same card at Newegg (cheaper too):

You see the adapters in the pictures (image viewer):

Cool.
Let us know how it goes.
with the Anti-Static Wrist Strap where should i put the metal pointy thing?
when get all the thing what to do next?
You put the "alligator clip" on anything metal. Anywhere metallic on the inside frame of the case is a good spot.
Here is a good building guide:
http://www.pcmech.com/byopc/
Basically install the CPU/ thermal compound/ heatsink followed by the RAM.
Put the PSU in the case then the motherboard.
Make the wire connections that you can at this point.
Add the drives and connect all wires there.
Add the graphics card.
That's basically it.
