How much wattage you reckon i'd need for all that?

Thinking about this one
I would say a minimum of 500 W. 600 to be safe.
Plus old power supplies are not dual or quad core compatible nor SLi.
The older boards only had 4 pin CPU power where as the dual and quad require 8 pin. Plus SLi graphics cards require a dedicated 6 pin connector.
You picked out a very good motherboard which will always allow for upgrades but to fill it out at this point might be beyond your budget.
You can go with that board and CPU if you upgrade the Power Supply.
You can then start out with an inexpensive stick of RAM and Graphics card and always upgrade latter.
===================
Yes that Power Supply would work. That is basically what you need.
in a week my i'll have around 800 dollars

maybe to improve my G-card
With that you can build a very good gaming computer.
Just take your time and make sure everything is compatible.
Again I would change the RAM to match the BUS of the MoBo:
And also I'd get a higher end graphics card such as:4 x DIMM, max. 8GB, DDR2 1200 / 1066 / 800 / 667 MHz, non-ECC, un-buffered memory
Dual channel memory architecture
* DDR2 1200 is O.C. speed
* Refer to www.asus.com or this user manual for the Memory QVL(Qualified Vendors Lidts).

(which requires a DVI monitor connector)(you can get an adapter)
Or for a bit less:

Err, I read somewhere that the mobo required DDR3..
EDIT, Nope, it is DDR2

What brand of of power supplys should i be looking at? and does the wieght matter?
Theres 2 Things i'm confused about:
1. What ram I should be getting, and how much.
2. What power supply
The one you picked would work.
I use Enermax myself.
Weight is not the question but size and what kind of case you have.
Is it a full tower or mid tower?
