New Graphics card, as good as it sounds?

It is an inexpensive card across the board. Some say it is the most inexpensive PCI_E on the market.
Hard to find reviews but perhaps if you dig through the pages of this Google:

The 512mb requires at least 1024mb of board RAM as it takes the extra 256mb from your RAM if available. Otherwise it runs as 256mb.
I see no fans but only heatsinks on the various models.
As they say "You get what you pay for". In other words if you try it out don't be disappointed if it doesn't last long. Depends on what you want it to do as well. I get the notion that it was designed as an inexpensive upgrade in order to handle Vista.
