    Need some of help Newbie!

    OK im a complete newbie so go easy on me. So i wanna start playin games on my laptop but was told by a friend I would need to update my ram and my video card. Now hes says he can help with the ram but has no idea on the video card, thats where i need your help. Can it be updated?

    what make and model is the laptop?

    you may have a setting somewhere to alter how much is available for video

    It will adviseyou what ram will fit.


    Unfortunately, as with most laptops, you will be restricted to the sort of games you can play.

    Any games that require really fast intensive graphics etc simply will not work with your system.

    The graphic card cannot usually be changed with laptops as it is built into the motherboard, and no space or facilities to use a seperate card is available

    Yea I hate that you can't upgrade video cards. Was told its better just to buy another laptop seeing how its about the same price.
