What is the make and model of the motherboard?
CPU_Z is a vital tool in overclocking.
Under Mainboard will be your make and model of motherboard.

Manual
Unfortunately they have no real BIOS details.
I would suggest entering your BIOS Setup and just looking through all the options.
Clock speeds would be a key category.
Most BIOS Setups are accessible via the Delete key after power on but some use F2.
You should see a note on your first screen as to Press Delete or F2 to enter BIOS Setup.
If your motherboard has overclocking options that is where they are set.

k and what about my video card. how can i overclock that?
-
It would be a BIOS setting if it is available.
It is the card slot on the motherboard that determines this.
Without seeing your BIOS Setup it is hard to say in detail.
All of my settings are listed under Advanced > System Clocks
The CPU and RAM and GPU
Whether or not these features are available on your motherboard is the question.
Unfortunately I would doubt it.
