I have a dead laptop that i am looking at using bits from. I've been told it is the motherboard that has failed but the processor is fine. I'm thinking about taking this processor and swapping it with processor in my new(er) laptop. Can anyone tell me what things that i need to look for and how to find them before i go about switching the processors?
