i have recently but a new mother board and hd and graphics card, dvd burner into an old case. it starts up with no bleeps and with a black screen. i have kept the jumpers as default.
can anyone help?

check all connections you should have at least 1 beep
what motherboard have you got, were you careful with ESD?
is the power supply OK?
