Well I have a old motherboard and it only uses SDRAM. I hear that that type of ram is obsolete, because there is DDR, DDRII.
So, im wondering to buy a new motherboard and buy new ram, or just get a 1GB of SDRAM.

Im on a budget because I want to buy a new LCD moniter and a new case.

And right now the only site im looking at is TigerDirect because thats the only site to me that is pretty awesome.

if everything else is working ok why replace it?

if you get a new motherboard you'll have to get a new processor, RAM maybe sound and video cards
