Hi so im wondering if its possible to run 2 power supplies? 1 for the computer and another for fans neons and such. if this is possible how do i go about doing this so they are both allways on when the comp is on? and can i mount the 2nd in a box outside of the case??

Fans; neons; etc. use so little power. If you need to split the load it would be more like motherboard on one and all drives on another.

Getting a single larger PSU would be best but you can do what you suggest. The main difficulty is in having both power on at the case switch. The second supply can always be left outside of the case just run the wires thru an open PCI slot or one with a hole drilled in the blank plate.
