Can you help me?

Isn't there a way to transfer everything from one hard drive to another hard drive?

I have a 4GB hard drive and a 10GB hard drive. The master is the 4GB and is full. I want to transfer everything from the 4GB HD to the 10GB HD and use the 10GB HD as my master.

I know it can be done, I have done it before, but I don't remembre how?

Windows XP operating system.

Some HDD manufacturers offer their own software that can do this. MaxBlast for Maxtor for example.

I've used Norton Ghost time and again and it can do a great job of this kind of task. It's around £40 (approximately $60). Alternatively, a long time ago, I did use a trialware application called HDCopy. You might still be able to find it on www.download.com. I used it to copy one master hard disk to 7 blank ones when I was setting up a room of new PCs - saved me days of time
