I am in the process of cleaning & upgrading a HP 8500 Pavillion Desk top. I have succeeded in removing the 2 side panels, the top, and am sure I am competent to remove the bottom cover....BUT: for some reason I can not get the front cover off. I have found 4 side clips (Bend to open) but there seems to be one or two more fastening devices holding it on. Trying to get help from HP...lotsa luck. The hold seems to be somewhere in the center. If I put too much screw driver or crowbar tension on it, afraid I'll break it. (Plastic).
