    Wiring ECS NForce4A 939 motherboard

Putting together a new computer, using AMD 64 3700+ processor, Antec P180 case, and ECS NForce4A 939 motherboard.

Can't figure out how to wire the case leads--power switch, audio, LEDs, etc.-- to the motherboard. ECS directions and illustrations are very sketchy, as is the Antec guide. The leads are labeled, but the MB is not.

Can anyone walk me through this process? Please?

Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

    Is this the board?

If so here is the manual:

    Connecting Case Components
After you have installed the motherboard into a case, you can begin connecting
the motherboard components. Refer to the following:
1 Connect the CPU cooling fan cable to CPUFAN1.
2 Connect the case cooling fan connector to CASFAN1.
3 Connect the Northbridge cooling fan connector to NBFAN1.
4 Connect the case switches and indicator LEDs to the PANEL1, If there are 3
pins in the case LED cable, connect to SJ1.

5 Connect the standard power supply connector to ATX1.
6 Connect the auxiliary case power supply connector to ATX12V.
    Connecting 20/24-pin power cable

Heh, I had some problems there when installing my mobo and CPU a bit back. It was all trial and error, at first my restart button didn't even work Bit by bit I connected them correctly, the LEDs have writing on them and you should be able to connect them properly to the board. Good luck.

I took someone's advice and got a STRONG crookneck magnifying glass and used my LED flashlight. Figured out most of it. My tired eyes panicked me, I guess. Thanks for the moral support. Maybe I can return the favor down the road--Frank
