How do i assign ram memory to my graphics card

Well that depends. If you have an on-board graphics card, you can normally change the allocated memory in the BIOS. If you have a separate graphics card that fits in a PCI or AGP slot, then the amount of memory cannot be changed as it has a fixed amount on the card and isn't sharing a proportion of the system RAM.
