advice needed upgrading RAM
hi i'm looking to upgrade my RAM and i haven't got a clue what i'm doing i've had my pc for nearly 5 years at the moment it's got 256mb and i'm running xp pro so as you can imagine the whole pc is very slow i've taken the side off the tower and had a look at the memory sticks but it makes no sense to me so i was hoping someone might know what i need
on the label it says
MT8LSD T1664AG-10EB1
PC100-222-620
GB CCTAOWR016 2000 15
128MB
SYNCH 100MHZ CL2
there are two of these i did a hardware scan and found out my motherboard is a ecs m830 i had a look around the web for information on this motherboard but had no luck although i did read that the ecs m830 is the same pc chips m830
if anyone can give me some advise on what sort of memory i need that would be fantastic thanks in advance
cheers twice

if you go on http://www.crucial.com/uk/ as brain_damage said, and click memory upgrades, at the top is the "Crucial Memory Advisor™ Tool" select your manufacturer and click go, chose your make/model line from the list and click go, finaly chose your model number and click go, it will display all memmory compatible with your computer
EDIT: the memory advisor is also on the homepage (when you click on the link)
Hope this is what you wanted,
Mike
