Hi, I have just bought a second user laptop. It is a Toshiba Satelitte 320 CDT. It came with no Operating system. I have just tried to load Windows 98 onto this machine but to no avail. I ran the boot disk, got all the way through to format C, iI can't get it to do anything else. When I swith it on, the Tosahiba screen comes on and goes straight off again, turning the machine off. I am getting no command prompt or anything. It doesn't stay on long enough to read the floppy or anything else. I would be very gratefull for any help.
