i have a very old pc and i would like to upgrade my pc but i do not know which parts to buy and if they suit my computer please could you help me about it also how much it will cost me

how much money have you got?

in what way do you want to upgrade, a simple upgrade is to install more RAM ..
A few things may be ok ie case, maybe power supply, CDRom, floppy drive, keyboard and mouse if they're PS2.

you may be looking at a new motheboard, CPU, RAM , Graphics Card operating system

To answer it more fully, we would need to know a bit more about your PC (e.g. how much memory is fitted, what is the speed/type of the processor, etc), as well as what you want to use the PC for. Also, whether there are any problems that are causing you to want to upgrade it such as error messages saying that you don't have enough memory installed.
