Hi I have just set up a brand new computer and when it turns on it has the above error, then when I try to load windows it does not seem to be able to recognise the SATA HDD. Also at some point it comes up with the error NTLDR is missing??? Can someone please help me??

to clear the bios there should be a jumper to clear it, if not removing the button battery and removing the power leads to the motherboard should do the trick.
