I think I will get this motherboard

ASUS A8N-SLI Deluxe Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 SLI ATX AMD Motherboard

    on www.newegg.com it is $164.00 + $3.50 shipping

Will I need the 64 bit edition of windows XP or not?

should I get the 4600 or is the 4200 or 4400 fast enough to play graphic intensive games and edit video?

    Looks like a sweet board!

You do not need XP x64 although you certainly can use it.

If you already have the AMD 4200 I would go with it & see if you feel the need to upgrade later.

Maybe someone else will have more ideas!
