    Motherboard installation

Hi, I just installed a ASUS P5RD1-V, P4 and a 350 W PS. After I plug in all the cables and turn the system on, I get nothing. The fans turn on, the hd spinns up but no post. Nothing. What could it be? I have followed the diagram in the book.

Cannot get the manual to download at the moment.

I wonder if the PSU is large enough? Is the 4 prong 12V plug plugged in?

Try re-seating the CPU. Use just one stick of RAM & the Graphics card. (Re-seat). Nothing else. Anything? Beeps?

If not try booting without the graphics card. Beeps?

If not try without RAM. Beeps?

Do you have a 20pin main PSU connector or a 24pin? I have been reading other manuals on newer boards and they are starting to say that a 20pin may cause the board to not post/power up due to insufficient power. I can not get the ASUS manual to download, but MSI, ECS, and one other I cant remember right now all have that warning.
