Hi, what would be the best use of money/time in upgrading the above? If feasible, I would like to look at memory upgrade, adding second hard disc and also operating system upgrade.

How much do you want to spend ? what spec is your PC now ? it may be cheaper and easier to buy all new bits or a ready built one as most of the bits may be outdated now your floppy, hard drive, CD Rom, Monitor, mouse and keyboard should be ok your case may be ok depends
an operating system like XP home is about £50.00
