Ok I have a feeling this will come across as a dumb question, but I can never assume, so...

Currently in need of a new graphics card as the current one lays dead inside my machine (ABIT nVidia GeForce 4 MX 440-SE), the one I have seen is PNY nVidia GeForce FX 5200 what I want to know is; is this compatible with my mobo?

Mobo = Abit NF7 (-S) v2.0

Yes it will. With most graphic cards, it tends to be as long as you have an AGP Slot on your MoBo, it will work. This ones interface is AGP 8x, which your MoBo supports. Good luck!
