Yes, that is correct. I checked and I saw that some people had a problem with the ATI 9200 SE and this motherboard, but it wasn't exactly like my problem. But I know the CPU and the RAM are compatible. I'm going see if I can return it and then I'll buy a Gigabyte board. I've always had luck with them.
