I know next to nothing when it come to building computers; and I want to build a gaming rig. I dont know what things go with what for compatability.
My budget right now is $900, but I dont necessarily need the comp right now (unless I can get a decent rig). My budget will go up next payday. Any clue where I should start?
edit: not in the US so shipping would be insane.

Tiger Direct has a good manual for building your own computer, http://static.tigerdirect.com/html/pcbuildingtips.html.
I love that site, take a look around when you know what goes where, they have low prices.

Check out this link to ExtremeTech. They have build guides for various types of computers (with lists of recommended components), including gaming computers for around your budget.
